I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t feel great on my skin. The texture is kind of sticky and heavy, and instead of sinking in, it felt like it just sat on my face for ages. Even when I used a tiny amount, my skin still ended up feeling greasy. Also, having to go through verification more than once was annoying. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

I wasn’t expecting much , but it actually worked well . I started seeing results sooner than I thought , so I’m happy with it .

I tried again through their contact form, thinking maybe my email got missed, but still nothing. It feels suspicious when they take your money right away but can’t even send a quick “we’re checking on it” message.
The products might be fine, I don’t know yet, but the customer service really put me off. I don’t feel comfortable ordering again if they can’t respond to something this basic

I ordered from Ootdbeauty and after using the products for a few days, my face started breaking out like crazy. I’ll usually get a random pimple here and there, but this was way more than normal, mostly on my cheeks and chin. Had to stop using it asap. Super annoying bc my skin was actually doing okay before...

The weird part is, the product itself probably would’ve been fine if it had been packed better. My order showed up in this thin mailer with no real padding, so the box was completely smashed by the time it got to me. One of the items leaked too, which made the whole thing a mess. it was frustrating and not what I expected
